Join Our Team as an Automotive Assembly Technician

Allied Vehicles Group is looking for dedicated individuals to become part of our dynamic team as Automotive Assembly Technicians. In this role, you will be an integral member of our Operations team, contributing to the assembly process on our production line under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. Your training will encompass observing various vehicle assembly stages, collaborating with experienced technicians, and ultimately progressing to independent assembly tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute designated assembly tasks efficiently
  • Interpret and apply mechanical schematics and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Utilize pneumatic and hand tools with proficiency
  • Adhere to established manufacturing protocols
  • Champion 5S principles and promote streamlined production
  • Complete required documentation accurately

Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a background in manufacturing or production are highly valued. The ability to follow established processes and maintain high standards of quality and punctuality is essential. A valid driving license is advantageous but not mandatory for this position.

Compensation: The starting hourly wage for this position is £11, plus bonuses, with opportunities for career advancement. Our work schedule typically runs from Monday to Wednesday, 7am to 6pm, and Thursday from 7am to 5:30pm.
