We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance team leader to join our grounds team at Bradfield College. As Head of Grounds, you will be responsible for maintaining, conserving, and enhancing the sports facilities and grounds at the college.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the quality of sports surfaces and grounds
- Lead the Grounds Maintenance team to ensure high standards are met
- Develop seasonal and weather-dependent schedules of work
- Oversee the provision of sports equipment and facilities
- Work closely with other teams to achieve college goals
Requirements:
