Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Executive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Executive Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for critical leadership roles across Global Markets & Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire senior talent for Managing Director and critical leadership Director-level positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of executive-level talent, leveraging industry connections and relationships to identify top candidates.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Mobility, and Compensation partners to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new hires.
  • Provide market and candidate intelligence to inform hiring decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Work closely with Talent Management to develop succession plans for critical roles and drive internal mobility initiatives.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract and engage top talent, including direct sourcing, referrals, and succession planning tools.
  • Manage and maintain accurate data and analytics to inform recruitment decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in executive talent acquisition and/or retained executive search.
  • Global network and knowledge of senior talent within Markets and/or Securities Services and Treasury and Trade Solutions.
  • Experience engaging with senior candidates and presenting talent to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to consistently identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Previous experience working with compensation structures and creating competitive offers.
  • Passion for diversity and inclusion and ability to articulate its importance for business success.
