Job Title: Senior RTL Design Engineer

Arm's Systems Development team is seeking a highly skilled Senior RTL Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for the specification, design, and verification of various compute subsystems in our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RTL for complex SoC development using Verilog and SystemVerilog
  • Develop and integrate subsystems for PCIe, UCIe, DDRLPDDRHBM, Ethernet, and other interfaces
  • Work with the verification team to review test plans and help debug design issues
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to optimize designs
  • Develop and maintain documentation for design specifications and verification plans
Requirements:
  • Experience with RTL design for complex SoC development using Verilog and SystemVerilog
  • Experience or knowledge in static design checks, synthesis and timing analysis, power management techniques, and power and clock domain crossing
  • Understanding of computer architecture and systems, and practical experience of working on processor-based system designs
  • Knowledge of shell programming and scripting (e.g. TCL, Perl, Python)
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Arm-based designs and Arm System Architectures
  • High-level programming experience in C++ and/or assembly language programming
  • Experience in embedded operating systems, device drivers, microprocessor, and embedded system hardware architectures
