Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding beverage services, ensuring that every interaction with our residents is positive and memorable.
• Collaborate with our events team to provide exceptional food and beverage services during events.
• Maintain accurate records of cash and credit transactions, adhering to our financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and food safety guidelines at all times.
• Develop and maintain relationships with our residents, understanding their preferences and needs.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a related role, preferably in a care setting.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of beverages and food preparation, with a focus on presentation and quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols.

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
