Quality Engineer – Swindon – Competitive Salary

Platform Recruitment is working with an innovative electronics company based in Swindon to find a Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence in their operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Investigate product defects and non-conformities to ensure supplier quality issues are resolved promptly
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for quick resolution
* Maintain accurate records of supplier evaluations, inspections, audits, and corrective actions
* Perform QA control tests, including visual checks, on products and ASICs

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject (or equivalent)
* 2+ years of experience in a similar quality role
* Understanding of quality management systems and standards (ISO/TS 16949 and VDA6)
* Strong skills in analysing and interpreting data sets
* Experienced with MS Office
