Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Catering Manager to join our team at Select Appointments. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the leadership of our catering department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Catering Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the catering department
  • Assist in the development and implementation of menus and culinary programs
  • Ensure the delivery of top-quality meals and exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the catering team to achieve operational excellence and efficiency
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior catering or food service role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
