Job Title: Deputy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Brock Recruitment Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Home Manager in the development and implementation of care plans and policies.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care delivery.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection of new staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably as a Deputy Manager.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and other legislative requirements.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
