The Opportunity

As a Senior Insolvency Administrator at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:

  • Take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your manager
  • Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop enduring client relationships

Day-to-Day Duties

You will be responsible for managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression, and closure. You will also ensure all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner. This role involves attending interviews with directors, bankrupts, and other relevant parties. You will work collaboratively with directors and employees, both pre and post-appointment, and liaise with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases. You will also attend meetings with creditors and shareholders and be the point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified
  • Insolvency experience is essential for the role, as you will need to be confident in managing asset valuations and realisations independently
  • Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress
  • Experienced case handler
