The Opportunity

As a Senior at Azets, you will have the ability and motivation needed to:

  • Take ownership of your own portfolio with support from your manager
  • Support in delivering revenue and profitability targets
  • Develop enduring client relationships
Day-to-Day Duties

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression, and closure
  • Attending interviews with directors, bankrupts, and other relevant parties
  • Working collaboratively with directors and employees, both pre and post-appointment
  • Liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases
  • Attending meetings with creditors and shareholders
  • Point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends
Requirements

We are looking for:

  • ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified
  • Insolvency experience is essential for the role
  • Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress
  • Experienced case handler
