Job Description

Netcel is a digital product consultancy that partners with leading organisations to create personalised digital products and experiences. We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to head up our Business Analysis (BA) function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the BA team and understand client requirements for digital solutions.
  • Shape and prioritise digital product backlogs based on client value and delivery feasibility.
  • Support delivery cycles and manage business handover to client teams.
Leadership and Management
  • Strategically and operationally lead and grow the Business Analysis team.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members.
Decision Making and Ownership
  • Take ownership of the entire requirements process.
  • Lead activities and engagement with stakeholders to elicit scope and requirements.
  • Work closely with experience, solution engineering, and quality assurance teams.
Project Success and Resourcing
  • Contribute to project success by ensuring the right resources are allocated.
  • Support the delivery lifecycle and team in solutions design and implementation.
  • Support triage during testing cycles.
Accountability and Process Management
  • Manage the backlog from feature design through to story definition.
  • Prioritise the backlog to provide business value and meet objectives.
  • Contribute to the work of business managers and strategic product owners.
  • Participate in estimations, pre-sales activities, and proposal development.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable Business Analyst experience in a digital product consultancy or agency.
  • Full project and development lifecycle experience.
  • Knowledge of digital product solutions and best practice approaches and methodologies.
  • Experience in defining, growing, and leading a team of high-performing BA professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  • Experience of digital products using Digital Experience Platforms.
  • Experience of defining and delivering client-centric product handover and training programmes.
  • Working knowledge of current and emerging web technologies.
  • Recognisable Business Analyst certification.
