Join us at C&E Recruitment as we seek an exceptional pastry chef to join our client's Michelin-starred restaurant in Monmouth. As a key player in the kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional desserts and pastry items that exceed our guests' expectations.

About the Position:

• Creating innovative desserts and pastry options that complement our tasting menu
• Working collaboratively with the chef patron and team to ensure consistency and quality
• Maintaining high standards of presentation and taste across all desserts and pastry items

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a pastry chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• A salary range of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, based on experience
