C&E Recruitment is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a skilled pastry chef to join our client's Michelin-starred restaurant in Monmouth. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for creating innovative desserts and pastry options that showcase your expertise and creativity.

About the Role:

• Working closely with the chef patron and team to develop new dessert menus and improve existing ones
• Ensuring high standards of quality and presentation across all desserts and pastry items
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a pastry chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant
• Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

• A salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
