As a global leader in sports scouting and recruitment, we work with over 2,500 US universities to increase their domestic and international reach.

The role of University Admissions Manager will lead our activity around the final phase of our recruitment service, providing guidance and expertise for international and US students on the admissions process.

Candidates should have senior level experience within the admissions function of the US education sector, demonstrate leadership qualities and have an in-depth understanding of the complexities of the university admissions process.

  • Suitable academic and sporting opportunities for clients aligned to their expectations
  • Leading FirstPoint International LTD's work within the admissions phase of our student-athlete service
  • Developing expertise, guidance and insights to enhance our service offering around the admissions process
  • Providing hands-on guidance and support to student-athletes and their families through the various stages of the admissions process
  • Training and developing the Talent Management team to consistently deliver an excellent service
  • Developing an admissions phase framework to ensure best practice student-athletes and their families
  • Liaising with our network of university and college admissions counsellors to identify changes and trends within the sector
  • Implementing required changes to the process using insights and research to continually improve our service
Key Skills
  • A minimum 5 years' experience as a University Admissions Counsellor
  • Expert knowledge of the US admissions process and timeline
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively
Benefits
