Reporting to the Head of Medical Nutrition, this role will lead the delivery of strategic, commercial projects that drive business growth and success.
This exciting opportunity combines commercial and NHS/public sector expertise to bridge the gap between strategy and delivery. As a key member of the medical nutrition team, you will drive change and deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a portfolio of high-profile projects critical for business success.
- Collaborate across the team to execute project delivery and ensure project goals align with the Aymes mission & objectives.
- Liaise internally and externally with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support the development of engagement activities.
- Develop and deliver strategic projects and the project roadmap, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Identify and interact with key stakeholders to drive project progress and deliver results.
- Background and sector experience within healthcare and medical nutrition is a plus but not essential.
- Previous experience in a commercial role as a supplier to either the NHS or another area within the public sector.
- Understanding of commercial modelling and P&Ls, public sector procurement and supply, and experience driving new projects or initiatives in healthcare or a similar industry.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to translate commercial benefits to financial outcomes.
- Strong leadership & influencing skills, ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders, and experience in delivering change projects.
