Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer

Reporting to the Head of Medical Nutrition, this role will lead the delivery of strategic, commercial projects that drive business growth and success.

This exciting opportunity combines commercial and NHS/public sector expertise to bridge the gap between strategy and delivery. As a key member of the medical nutrition team, you will drive change and deliver growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a portfolio of high-profile projects critical for business success.
  • Collaborate across the team to execute project delivery and ensure project goals align with the Aymes mission & objectives.
  • Liaise internally and externally with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and support the development of engagement activities.
  • Develop and deliver strategic projects and the project roadmap, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Identify and interact with key stakeholders to drive project progress and deliver results.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Background and sector experience within healthcare and medical nutrition is a plus but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a commercial role as a supplier to either the NHS or another area within the public sector.
  • Understanding of commercial modelling and P&Ls, public sector procurement and supply, and experience driving new projects or initiatives in healthcare or a similar industry.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to translate commercial benefits to financial outcomes.
  • Strong leadership & influencing skills, ability to manage and influence both internal and external stakeholders, and experience in delivering change projects.
