About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Gardener to join our dynamic team at TN Recruits. As a Gardener, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of gardening tasks, from planting to garden design and landscaping. This is a chance to immerse yourself in all things gardening and landscaping, and to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and maintenance of gardens and landscapes
  • Plant and care for a wide range of plants and flowers
  • Perform manual labor tasks, such as digging and weeding
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve gardening and landscaping goals
  • Develop and implement gardening and landscaping plans

Requirements:

  • Passion for gardening and landscaping
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience in gardening or landscaping is preferred, but not essential
