Essex Police is seeking a skilled and experienced Campaign & Partnership Manager to join our Media and Communications Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of impactful marketing, communications, and behaviour-change campaigns that promote community safety and engagement.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in our communities. As a Campaign & Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective marketing and communications strategies to promote community safety and engagement
- Leading the development and implementation of behaviour-change campaigns that address key issues affecting our communities
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration
- Building and maintaining relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote community safety and engagement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, PR, or communications management role
- Experience of planning, creating, delivering, and evaluating campaigns and events
- A recognised qualification in journalism, PR, marketing, or campaigns
- Public affairs knowledge or experience, so you can help shape the Essex Police narrative for existing and emerging issues
