Campaign Manager

The Essex Police Media and Communications Department is seeking a creative and collaborative individual to join our Campaigns, Events and Partnership Team as a Campaigns and Partnerships Manager.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of impactful marketing, communications, and behaviour-change campaigns that contribute to making our communities safer.
You will have experience in turning compelling storytelling into long-term campaigns that help our partners and stakeholders achieve their goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in shaping the Essex Police narrative and promoting our work to the public.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective marketing and communications strategies to engage with our communities and stakeholders.
- Lead the planning, creation, and delivery of campaigns and events that drive behaviour change and promote our work.
- Collaborate with our partners in national and local businesses, volunteer networks, and across policing in the UK and overseas to identify opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to the development of our public affairs strategy and help shape the Essex Police narrative on emerging issues.
- 3-5 years' experience in a marketing, PR, or communications management role.
- Proven track record of planning, creating, delivering, and evaluating campaigns and events.
- Recognised qualification in journalism, PR, marketing, or campaigns.
- Public affairs knowledge or experience.
- Full-time, permanent position.
