Job Title: Qualified Teacher

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £140 - £200 per day (depending on experience)

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an excellent secondary school based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. As a qualified teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of education to encourage students to engage in their learning and achieve success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver lessons to students in Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4
  • Manage challenging behaviour and provide additional support to students where required
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of all students
  • Assess and record student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
Requirements:
  • QTS (or ECT)
  • Art specialism
  • Classroom management experience
  • Behavioural management experience
  • Clear understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection

Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, ensuring compliance with TAX and National Insurance without any admin charges.
