Job Title: Tutor

Location: Birmingham

Reports to: Head of Programme Delivery (Midlands)

Salary: £55,000

Role Type: Hybrid

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our team as a tutor, delivering courses in accountancy and finance to our students. As a tutor, you will be responsible for teaching cohorts of students and apprentices, using your skills and experience to support their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and mentoring students in accountancy and finance
  • Developing and delivering course materials and learning resources
  • Providing feedback and assessment to students
  • Working with colleagues to develop and implement new training programs

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (to a L7 standard or equivalent)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and students
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads and priorities
