Job Title: AAT Tutor and Assessor
We are seeking an experienced AAT Tutor and Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AAT and Accountancy Apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 4.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and deliver AAT and Accountancy Apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 4.
- Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging virtual group and 1-1 learning sessions, ensuring timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales.
- Mentor learners throughout their journey, providing guidance and encouragement.
- Support learners through End Point Assessment.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey.
Requirements:
- Must hold a recognized Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
- Must have experience delivering AAT Apprenticeships up to Level 4.
- Hold own AAT level 3 as a minimum.
- Confident in delivering online learning to learners on a 1-1 basis.
- Must hold solid, occupational experience within Accounting.
- GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or Functional Skills equivalents.
- Full, clean, UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
- Must be flexible with travel when required.
