Job Title: AAT Tutor and Assessor

We are seeking an experienced AAT Tutor and Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality AAT and Accountancy Apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and deliver AAT and Accountancy Apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 4.
  • Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging virtual group and 1-1 learning sessions, ensuring timely and accurate completions in line with company procedures and timescales.
  • Mentor learners throughout their journey, providing guidance and encouragement.
  • Support learners through End Point Assessment.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to learners throughout their learning journey.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a recognized Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA, or TAQA.
  • Must have experience delivering AAT Apprenticeships up to Level 4.
  • Hold own AAT level 3 as a minimum.
  • Confident in delivering online learning to learners on a 1-1 basis.
  • Must hold solid, occupational experience within Accounting.
  • GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English or Functional Skills equivalents.
  • Full, clean, UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel when required.
