About the Role

The East of England Ambulance Service is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as an Emergency Care Assistant. Main Responsibilities

As an Emergency Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our clinical team to deliver timely and effective interventions. You will operate in a wide range of environments, from urban to rural areas, managing everything from birth to end of life, chronic conditions to critical illness or injury.

The East of England Ambulance Service is a leading provider of emergency healthcare services, employing over 5,000 staff and 1,000+ volunteers who cover 7,500 square miles and care for a population of more than 6 million. Our three control rooms handle over 1 million 999 calls every year, and we manage a fleet of over 1,000 vehicles, including double-staffed ambulances, rapid response cars, and patient transport vehicles.
