Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Total Training Provision. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and development, leveraging your expertise in sales and partnerships.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for developing and building referral pathways and employment opportunities, taking the sales lead in delivering presentations, producing proposals, and carrying out negotiations with prospective clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of stakeholders and key delivery partners.
- Represent Total to external stakeholders as required and attend industry and related events as necessary.
- Act as a source of information/advisor on upcoming changes to funding and incentives.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus bonus scheme.
