Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl. You'll play a key role in managing the store, inspiring your colleagues, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, taking ownership and leading by example
  • Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers, promoting our Leadership & Company Principles
  • Diligently check and work deliveries, managing the till area and monitoring KPIs
  • Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and helping with all customer queries
  • Competently comply with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines
Requirements
  • Experience leading and developing a team in a challenging, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills to help colleagues and customers in a friendly and open way
  • A knack for time management, delegation, and problem-solving
  • The confidence to support your team through every shift
  • A pride in providing unmatched customer service for everyone who shops with us
  • The ability to monitor, manage, and improve KPIs
