Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Retail Store Manager to lead our customer care team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and promoting our health services.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. You will work closely with our team to deliver outstanding customer care, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported. Your expertise and knowledge will enable you to recommend our health services and promote our products effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
  • Promote our health services, including vaccinations, blood pressure checks, and health advice
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in retail management, preferably in a pharmacy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of our health services and products
