SF Recruitment is recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our client based in Mansfield.

This role would be ideal for candidates with strong scheduling, planning, and coordinating experience ideally supporting engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Log and distribute reactive calls to engineers in line with SLAs/KPIs.
  • Liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time.
  • Process completed paperwork and action additional requirements where applicable.
  • Liaise with the customer to ensure all updates are communicated effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Administrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

The salary range for this position is £26,000 - £29,000 per annum.
