Job Title: Quality Assurance Administrator

Purpose of the Role:

The Quality Assurance Administrator plays a vital part in supporting our field team to deliver results, compliance, and coverage within our retail performance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of the group activity plan, including quality control processes and briefing sign-off.
  • Review quality-checked work with the QA Manager to ensure all queries are captured in a timely manner and reported back to the field Area Managers.
  • Work on assigned 'red flag' reports for specific clients and become an expert in all areas of quality control.
  • Participate in regular review meetings with dedicated Customer Coordinators and field Area Managers to review red flag reports.
  • Execute timely release of jobs built by Customer Coordinators/Account Team onto COPs (our in-house software platform) for job allocation.
  • Ensure relevant data is captured for Power BI reports to drive continual improvements and trends.
  • Manage the reset process and reassign calls completed incorrectly.
  • Communicate with Field Area Managers clearly on any quality issues to ensure issues are corrected.

Requirements:

  • IT skills – Microsoft Excel/Word/Teams.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and time management.
  • Able to work well under pressure, to strict deadlines.
