pstrongCare Home Manager Vacancy/strong/ppPure Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Home Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in a small Residential Care Home in Broadstone, Poole./ppThe successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the good reputation of the home, offering a fantastic service to residents and their families, and ensuring that the company's high standards are implemented and adhered to throughout the service./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliUndertake the day-to-day management of the home according to the policies and resources determined by the Employer and the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 & 2012 and subsequent amendments./liliLiaise with local authorities and governing bodies such as CQC to ensure the consistency and wellbeing in the home./liliRegularly liaise with residents and their families to ensure consistent care is provided throughout./li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pulliNVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or Registered Managers Award/liliPreferably 2 or more years of managerial experience within Care Homes/liliStrong understanding of CQC regulations and requirements, safeguarding and care plans/li/ulpstrongAbout Pure Care Recruitment:/strong/ppPure Care Recruitment is a family-owned Care Company committed to providing high-quality care services to residents and their families.
