Electrical Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Refood in Widnes. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine electrical maintenance and repairs, diagnosing and resolving electrical issues, providing production support, and assisting mechanical and operational departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out day-to-day maintenance of plant and machinery.
- Completing routine electrical maintenance and repairs according to planned schedules.
- Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues.
- Providing production support and shift cover.
- Assisting mechanical and operational departments.
Requirements:
- Experience in Anaerobic Digestion or related fields.
- Served a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship.
- Extensive experience in continuous process environments.
- Familiarity with general factory maintenance practices.
- Basic understanding of PLC logic and inverter drives.
