About This Role

We're currently seeking a skilled and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, while also supporting the overall operation of the home.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care activities, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintaining accurate records of resident care and activity
  • Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous hourly rate, you'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
