**Job Overview:**

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Sales Representative to join our UK Residential Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving Lutron sales growth in the residential market.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth to meet or exceed business plan targets.
  • Manage day-to-day account relationships with Residential System Accounts (Dealers).
  • Create demand and generate leads for assigned dealer accounts by introducing them to new specifiers, influencers, and decision makers in the luxury residential market.
  • Seek out and open new accounts, increasing Lutron's market share within your territory.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with assigned accounts' respective businesses.
  • Ensure Lutron's breadth of products are being specified on all projects.
  • Assist assigned accounts with developing and executing strategy for closing projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the lighting industry.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven sales track record with experience in account management and business development.
  • Bachelor's degree is optional.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Proficiency in IT skills and CRM.
