Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Residential Manager in our children’s residential setting in Matlock. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to vulnerable children.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff members to ensure the provision of excellent care and support
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external agencies and partners
Requirements:
- Registered Manager qualification
- Significant experience in social care leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation Package:
- Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
