We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at Rachel Clark Legal Recruitment. As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Partner and their team, specializing in Private Client law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Manage the Partner's diary, ensuring that appointments and meetings are scheduled and confirmed in a timely manner.
- Correspondence and Documents: Type and prepare correspondence and documents, including letters, emails, and reports.
- Client Care: Provide exceptional client care, responding to client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Filing and Archiving: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing and archiving systems, ensuring that all documents are securely stored and easily accessible.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary, with a strong understanding of Private Client law.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
