Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd is pleased to be partnering with a leading global energy business to appoint a UK Tax Reporting and Compliance Manager.

In this key role, you will be responsible for timely and accurate tax reporting and UK tax compliance for the UK Group.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in tax compliance, tax reporting, and tax accounting and possess an in-depth knowledge of UK corporate tax, IFRS, and UK GAAP.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Lead the UK Corporate Income Tax Provision Reporting for the UK Group, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  2. Oversee Reporting for the UK Tax Group under US GAAP, ASC740, IFRS, and SoX compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  3. Liaise with Corporate Tax Accounting Group on all UK reporting, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication.
  4. Oversee the Preparation and Filing of UK Corporate Income Tax Returns for all UK entities, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  5. Develop and Deliver Training and Development Programs on relevant UK tax and reporting topics, enhancing the skills and knowledge of the team.
