About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Apprenticeship Practice Educator. This exciting opportunity is part of our Culture of Care Programme, which aims to support organisations in improving patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with teams and services to provide high-quality education and training for nursing students.
- To assess student nurses on pre-reg courses and provide feedback to improve their practice.
- To develop and implement teaching materials and resources to support student learning.
Requirements:
- Degree-registered mental health nurse with relevant experience.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions while maintaining sound judgement.
What We Offer:
- An estimated salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
