Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in a Manchester-based primary school, providing support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your key responsibilities will include delivering individualised support to a pupil with SEND, ensuring their safety, well-being, and academic progress, while working closely with our school team.

About the Role:
  • Deliver tailored support to children with additional needs, enhancing their educational experience and promoting their growth.
  • Prepare and develop teaching materials, coordinating resources for engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning requirements.
  • Foster strong relationships with all pupils, built on trust, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements:
  1. A strong background in KS1/KS2 education, evidenced by excellent references and a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
  2. The legal right to work in the UK, allowing you to contribute meaningfully to our school community and promote the well-being of our pupils.
  3. A commitment to undertaking an enhanced DBS check, upholding the safeguarding of our pupils and maintaining a safe learning environment.
