About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Jupiter, a leading investment management company. As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the LATAM and Iberian markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives in the LATAM and Iberian markets.

  • Work closely with the sales teams, team head, and broader marketing team to deliver campaign plans and leverage the marketing mix to achieve business objectives.

  • Collaborate with the PR/comms team to ensure that core funds and messages in the region are supported.

  • Leverage central content to maximize efficiency and scale while meeting local market needs.

  • Ensure regional websites reflect and support sales messages and focus in line with marketing plans.

  • Manage email campaigns to ensure timely, appropriate, and accurately targeted communications are sent to clients, tracking and reporting efficacy and optimizing the program to provide sales leads.

  • Provide event support and work with the internal event team as appropriate.

  • Ensure marketing activities comply with all regulatory requirements and are delivered within budget.

  • Ensure all marketing and compliance processes are strictly adhered to on a day-to-day basis.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Spanish speaking, with the ability to revise translations (e.g., emails) in Spanish.

  • Additional language (desirable) - Portuguese.

  • Experience in marketing within the asset management industry/financial services.

  • Understanding of the audience in Spanish markets as well as wholesale audiences across regions (desirable).

  • Understanding of investment products (desirable).

  • Enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with different people and departments.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in order to manage numerous pieces of work at any one time.

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Good skills in terms of technology/workflow systems usage.
