About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant at one of our care homes, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living tasks, providing companionship, and sharing memorable moments with our residents.

We're looking for someone with experience in caring for older people, who has a can-do approach and excellent communication skills. If you have empathy and a warm-hearted approach, we'd love to hear from you

  • To join us as a Bank Care Assistant, you'll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach, and excellent communication skills.
  • You'll need to have the compassion and empathy required to deliver the highest standard of care and support for all our residents.
