Job Description

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting clients across the area, working from home, the office, and the community using a creative approach tailored to each person's needs. You will broaden or strengthen your skills in supporting complex needs, including housing crisis, substance misuse, complex mental health, ACEs, and offending behaviour.

You will engage and build strong relationships, possess a non-judgemental mindset, forward-thinking and resilient attitude, strong character, experience in support work or housing, and a full UK driving license. This role requires 35 hours per week plus on call rota, with on call support and advice for colleagues, including telephone and in-person support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an individual with key skills that include engaging and building strong relationships, non-judgemental mindset, forward-thinking and resilient attitude, strong character, experience in support work or housing, and a full UK driving license.
