Education Trainer

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic educators to deliver part-time sessional tutoring programmes across the Vale of Glamorgan.

The successful candidates will be required to teach a range of subjects, including Digital Skills, Skills for the Workplace, S.O.L., Essential Skills, and Welsh for Adults.

As an Education Trainer, you will have the opportunity to create engaging lesson plans and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.

1. Tutoring adult learners in various subjects as required
2. Delivering part-time sessions at Adult Education Centres, outreach venues, and online using Zoom or other platforms
3. Assessing learner progress and providing constructive feedback

• Relevant teaching or training experience
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for delivering Adult Education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances

The salary for this role is £18,862 - £24,882 per annum (pro rata).
