Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Whinfell School. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to our students with Asperger's Syndrome and Complex Needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a model of positive behaviour support to empower our young people to make a positive change in their lives
  • Support students in developing self-regulation skills and increasing lifelong independence
  • Work collaboratively with trained, qualified professionals across our multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We Offer

  • Completion of Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and full training for career and personal development
  • Sleep in allowance of approximately £ per annum – based on 2 sleep ins per month
