About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Education Facilitator to join our team at Tower Hamlets GP Care Group. As an Education Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting the development of our healthcare professionals and ensuring that our practice learning environment is of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement education and training programs for healthcare professionals
  • Provide guidance and support to practice supervisors and assessors
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of the practice learning environment
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and system partners to plan and facilitate learning experiences
  • Lead and develop study days for healthcare professionals
  • Collate data returns as required in accordance with the NHSEducation Contract
Person Specification

We are looking for an individual with extensive post-registration experience and significant experience of educating, supervising, and assessing students in practice. You should have leadership skills and be able to translate and integrate evidence-based research/guidelines into supporting the development of education.

You should also have a professional demeanour and positive role model, with the capacity to manage self and communicate effectively with professional colleagues and learners.
