Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Strategist to join our team at JMF Associates Careers. As a highly successful SME business with a turnover of £25m and offices in Hampshire, we require an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified professional to oversee the full management of our finance team.

Duties:

  • Lead the finance team and mentor x2 Finance Managers
  • Implement a financial systems upgrade project
  • Streamline financial processes and procedures
  • Prepare detailed management accounts and reporting to Directors
  • Monthly review and reconciliation of balance sheet

Requirements:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified Accountant
  • Experience working with SMEs with turnover over £30m
  • Prior experience in systems upgrades/implementations
  • Strong Excel skills

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
