Job Title: Commercial Senior Building Surveyor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our team in London. As a key member of our building consultancy, you will provide expert advice on commercial and prime residential properties, including defects diagnosis, planned maintenance programming, and project-led services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams and act as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager
  • Provide statutory, technical, building, infrastructure, and project-related advice
  • Diagnose defects, plan maintenance, and provide landlord and tenant advice
  • Conduct reinstatement cost assessments, party wall, and general advice

About You:

We are looking for a MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor with experience of the JCT suite of contracts. Knowledge of other contracts such as NEC is also beneficial. You should have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage project teams.
