Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished chartered building surveyor to join our team at Allcott Commercial. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial surveying and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients.

The Role

As a senior surveyor, you will be responsible for carrying out a broad range of commercial surveying work, including landlord and tenant work, commercial building surveys, contract administration, and PPM surveys. You will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients in the Hertfordshire, Berkshire, and Buckinghamshire areas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Carrying out commercial surveying work, including dilapidations, schedules of condition, and technical due diligence
  2. Preparing and presenting technically robust reports
  3. Providing clear, concise, and justified conclusions
  4. Liaising with clients, both verbally and through written correspondence
