We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated General Practitioner to join our team at Selden Medical Centre. As a GP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care to our patients, working closely with our Practice Nurses, HCAs, Practice Manager, Pharmacists, Reception team, and Administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care to patients through telephone, video, and face-to-face consultations.
- Contribute to the implementation of continuous improvements, development, and quality initiatives within the practice.
- Work collaboratively with the Practice team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans for patients with health-related illnesses.
- Contribute to the Practice audit programme and collect data for audit purposes.
- Medical Degree
- Current GMC registration with license to practice
- Inclusion on the GP register
- Experience of working in a Primary Care Environment
- Experience with EMIS Web clinical system
