About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality primary care to patients through telephone, video, and face-to-face consultations.
  • Effectively manage patient long-term conditions and process administration tasks, including referrals and prescription requests.
  • Work collaboratively with the practice team to achieve our workload and contribute to the implementation of continuous improvements and quality initiatives.
  • Attend and contribute to clinical meetings and other practice meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
