Role Overview
Speech and Language Assistants play a vital role in supporting children with speech and language difficulties. At Ribbons and Reeves, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Education Support Specialist.

About the Role

As an Education Support Specialist, you will work closely with children with speech and language difficulties to improve their communication and confidence. You will provide tailored support through 1:1 and group interventions, collaborate with primary teachers to create an engaging and supportive learning environment, and adapt teaching approaches to meet the unique needs of each child.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is £96-£105 per day via PAYE, including holiday pay. This competitive daily rate reflects the importance of this role in supporting children's educational development.
