Estate Agency Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored sales solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to close sales deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the estate agency sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
