About the Service - Housing & Homelessness Services

We provide specialist accommodation and outreach services for rough sleepers, veterans, survivors of domestic abuse, women, and young people. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and flourishing environment that offers opportunities for all those we support to feel comfortable and develop.

We offer a home rather than just a shelter. Our accommodation is designed to be a safe and supportive space where individuals can rebuild their lives.

About the Job

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about making a positive difference to join our team as a Night Housing Management Worker. The successful candidate will work alongside colleagues to support individuals to improve their quality of life and deliver an excellent service in line with our mission, service goals, values, and associated regulations, guidance, and legislature.

The Night Housing Management team at Union Terrace in York provides holistic support for men who have experienced homelessness. The role involves aspects of health and safety, resident support, and risk management. If you believe you have the skills and passion to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
